Our only laser, and it is a genuine 20 kW fiber machine on an upgraded 5 ft by 12 ft dual-shuttle table. Every job on the site runs through it, and the person who quotes your job is the person standing next to it when it cuts.

Tolerance
Two tiers, plain numbers
A 20 kW fiber laser removes a narrow kerf of material along every cut path, not just at the part's outer profile. Our toolpaths are programmed to compensate for that kerf on each job, so finished parts land inside the tolerances above rather than the nominal drawing dimension. That compensation is standard on every cut file, not an extra step you have to request.
